CryptoVends LLC – Fulfillment Policy

CryptoVends LLC ("Company") is committed to fair business practices, consumer transparency, and compliance with applicable digital asset regulations. This policy outlines the terms governing the purchase, delivery, return, and cancellation of AOG Tokens. By purchasing AOG Tokens, users agree to the following terms:

1. Refund Policy

• All purchases of AOG Tokens are final and non-refundable once credited to a user’s account ledger.
• No exceptions will be made for change of mind, user error, or voluntary inactivity.
• If a technical issue occurs during the transaction, resulting in an incorrect token allocation, users may submit a dispute as per the Delivery Policy below.
• Users who do not wish to retain their AOG Tokens may request a return of unused tokens as per the Return Policy outlined in Section 3.

2. Delivery Policy

• Upon successful payment, AOG Tokens will be automatically and instantly credited to the user’s account ledger.
• If a discrepancy occurs (e.g., incorrect token allocation, transaction failure), users must submit a written inquiry to info@smartofgiving.com within 24 hours of the transaction.
• Our support team will review and respond to all disputes within 24 hours.
• CryptoVends reserves the right to suspend or delay token crediting in cases of suspected fraud, chargebacks, or security concerns to protect the integrity of the platform.

3. Return Policy

Users may request a return of unused AOG Tokens, subject to the following conditions:

• The tokens must remain unused within the platform at the time of the return request.
• Users must submit return requests via the Withdrawal section of their account.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or another method selected by the user (if supported).
• CryptoVends will process all returns within 24 hours of the request.
• Any delays caused by third-party financial institutions, banks, or payment processors are beyond CryptoVends’ control, and CryptoVends shall not be held liable for such delays.
• AOG Tokens that have been used for in-platform transactions cannot be returned.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Due to the immediate and irreversible nature of token crediting, orders cannot be canceled once processed.
• If a user is dissatisfied with their purchase, they may return unused tokens in accordance with the Return Policy (Section 3).
• In cases of fraudulent activity or unauthorized transactions, users must immediately contact CryptoVends at info@smartofgiving.com to report the issue for further review.

5. Compliance & Legal Disclosures

• AOG Tokens are non-redeemable for fiat currency and do not function as a traditional cryptocurrency under applicable financial regulations.
• This policy aligns with applicable consumer protection laws, digital asset regulatory standards, and AML/KYC requirements where necessary.
• CryptoVends reserves the right to modify this policy to maintain compliance with evolving regulatory frameworks. Any changes will be updated on the official website.
